Send a message to the person who requested a photo of the grave monument of Esther Grafham with the following comment:

My husbands ancesters originated from this part of Surrey. At some point we believe the spelling of the name changed from Grafham or even Graffam to Graffham. We know his Great Great Great Grandfather was born west of Dorking and that the family seemed to have gradually moved eastward. The name Graffham was not a common one during the 17th or 18th centuries therefore, it would be an achievment to find the common link. The furthest I have gone back is to Henry Grafham b. abt. 1699 Cranleigh or Cranley, Surrey.
